Sometimes, when I get a subway sub, I will take off 1/2 of the bread (or the whole roll) and cut up the "innards" and either spread mayonnaise or ranch dressing on top and eat it as a salad. I do love their new King's Hawaiian rolls, though! UGH!

It wasn't a subway sub, I just used the subway 6inch italian bread as it was the closest to the calories with a little extra. I sometimes just look to see what is close to the calories as what I'm using incase it's not in the app. Im slowly learning how to add things for reference.
