Just woke up. had an emotional day yesterday so I went to lunch after my meeting with friends. Steak n Shake. I needed carbs. Had a Very Bery shake and a grilled chicken sandwich. After a couple bites of the bun I just chose the meat and tomato. We lost a friend to this disease and it tore me up. by bedtime I was ok to sleep.
