I got a chuckle out of that comment. My husband and I were missionaries in Haiti 20 years ago and one of the other teachers and I were talking about our weight. I asked him how much he weighed and he said 135 lb. When we first got down there to the Bible School I weighed 120 lbs. After we were there for a year I weighed 135 lbs. I told him I weighed 135 and he said no way. You are as big as a beff. A beff in Haiti is a small cow. When I saw your cow picture I had to laugh. He told me I look like a cow. He wouldn't even recognize me now at 213 lb. That's as big as a big cow. LOL 

Good for you JC. You are doing great to lose that much weight. I love all your pictures. You look so pretty in every one of them. It does not look like you need to lose any weight. You're beautiful either way.
