A shout out question to FS members...
What ratio of carbs/fat/protein works for you?

I'm not really following any program right now, just diligently tracking and watching calories. It's working right now, but I know I'll have to tweak it later. A little background: I'm on a renal diet and have severe hip problems, so I can't work out like I used to. No weight lifting due to a fistula in my left arm.

Almost no carbs (trying to keep 0>X<15g), 65% fat, and the rest protein, but I find that I tend to eat a higher percentage in fat. I have plenty of body fat to feed from!

Thanks Miraculum! I also have a high percentage of fat. Right now I'm going to try to keep carbs at or below 30%
