Lunch at the FARMHOUSE restaurant at Rodger’s Gardens in Newport Beach. Wonderful salad with large pieces of medium rare blue fin tuna. No idea on the nutritional breakdown, and don’t care either. It was outstanding. Passed on the deserts although there were some very tasty choices but I was full. Water to drink.
