I've found comparing the ingredients in various spice mixtures intriguing; Chili powder, Curry powder, Creole seasoning, Adobo, Tikka Masala, etc., you ain't just kidding, spices are life blood. Don't know if you've ever had fried chicken from Chicken Express, but there's something in there spice mix that I can't quite identify, tastes almost vanilla, maybe cardamom, I don't know, but when they're on their game, that's some good stuff.
