OMAD, to me, just makes sense. I feel better when I abstain from food, I try to get my meal in around five or six o'clock in the evening because I don't like going to bed feeling full. Nice job, bro!

Whenever I feel like my diet is starting to spiral I run back to 23:1 IF OMAD; Boom, right back on track.
