It was time to double my ozempic dose...as per MD orders. Had vomiting yesterday so briefly got to see my weight in 160s. It was fictitious loss so I'm right at end of 170s. This is the most successful I've been. Very gratifying. Just got back on walking program. But even without it, average about 8000 steps per day. My husband continues to eat the foods that I love right in front of me...but I remain strong. I've got this. The image below, we are in our happy place. Can not believe how small my face is getting.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
