Homemade Fudgsicle
Recipe comes from Food52.com

Easiest way to get the recipe is go to Google and enter food 52 Fudgsicle. Comes right up. I add to the recipe about a tsp, of instant coffee or espresso. Great portion controlled treat and so far everyone loves it.

Oooooh. Fudgesicles were always my favorites! (Would adding collagen hydrolysate make this a "protein"? LOL!) Ingredients [https://food52.com/recipes/30333-fudgesicles] includes sugar, cornstarch and milk, but there are lots of low-carb version out there!

There are also Keto friendly ones out there — the volume of these is about 2 ounces. And you don’t need that cumbersome URL to get the recipe. Just Google
