Fasted 16 hours. Veggie and cream cheese scramble, sausage, biscuit, salad. #saladgang!

J- Glad to see you are back on the journey to a better health ! I stalled the past month or so and now am getting some inspiration from you and others who do extened 16 - 18 hour "fasts". Normally dinner was at 6 and breakfast at 6 with lunch in between. I did an 18 hour yesterday with lunch at 1 and breakfast this am at 7. Plan to have lunch at 1 and see how this routine works over the next week. You are an inspiration!!

Ty, crazycat! I don't think i really do extended fasts. I was never a breakfast eater, until i quit smoking and got fat, so it was easy to skip breakfast and try to push out lunch. I am having trouble getting hungry and snacky, so not always getting 18+. Just ease into it!
