End of August update

August was a good losing month. My stomach shrunk some. It is quite apparent that I am less round. More to go for sure but this is good. Scale read 120.8 this morning. That would mean I lost 5 lbs this month. Pretty good for where I am at. Goal for next month is to keep upping food amounts.

Fantastic progress. I'm very impressed by how you do this. Never took measurements seriously, but seeing how well it works for you give great inspiration.

nice measurements! 33 inch hips? I think the last time my hips were that small was maybe junior high and maybe not even then.

I am a short person, 5'2" , not quite as fine-boned as some of the other petite ladies posting pics here but not really large boned either. (And then there is sag, but we are not talking about that LOL) Thanks guys.
