This is an eating event week, lots of meetings BD, etc. Every couple of months a few friends and I get together for an ice cream sundae Sunday. Tomorrow is it. A few weeks ago while shopping at my local GoodWill I came across the cutest small sized banana split dishes. Glass not plastic. I have never seen anything like them before. So this is the plan: I made three different ice cream batters ( lower calorie, lower fat and carbs), traditional flavors and so good. I also made the traditional toppings using SWERVE sugar replacement. I will have everyone sit and chit chat while I’m in the kitchen getting the banana splits put together. I will dish up the ice cream with a medium sized melon baller And bring them in on a tray. I can’t wait to see their faces.
