I was trying to log my meal last night, but it started storming and knocked out my internet for the evening. I am starting afresh today. It is still raining, we have had 2.5 inches so far with a high in the 80 predicted for the day. It is a welcome change from the extreme heat. Tonight I think I will make vegetable soup. I had to drag the dog off the porch this morning because of the rain. I couldn't get her to do her business so I gave up. I finally got her out around 8 am. It was still sprinkling but at least she got the job done. That is a long time to hold your bladder, from 9 pm all the way to 8:00 am The rain is about out of here and we can take our walk around 10. Exercise is just as important when maintaining your weight as what you eat.
