Kenna Morton's Journal, 21 Aug 19

I post some of these types of things (no metabolic ward studies included) because I believe the source to be reputable for one, but also because there is the hope that if the subject matter is of interest the reader will follow up and source out their own ward studies if that is what they choose to do. This information is presented simply, it’s easy to read and understand and helps people to have a better knowledge base when they are trying to make decisions about the whys, the nays and yays of their food choices.

Yes!! I had to laugh when the butcher said bacon is making a comeback. I was wondering when it died away.

I don’t know that bacon ever went away but with our major health crisis we are facing in our country there are people who have tried to alter their eating habits before they also become a staristic.
