Sadly, I am posting my last walk pictures of my vacation in British Colombia, Canada. I went with my youngest son for a long wander and ended up at this beach. I am home now and afraid to weigh in. I think I will wait a couple days until I feel the water weight has drifted off. There were good days and bad days for my diet. For the first time since January, I didn't log my food. I did try to eat mindfully and balance big meals and snacking on junk with hard hikes and skipping other meals when I simply wasn't hungry. I'm ready to get back to the hard work of moving the scale down some more... hopefully I won't have too much catch up to do.
