Fall registration begins. Join strength and cardio training for beginners tomorrow. Join Pottery classes too.

Inflated stability ball and stretched out my shoulders and back. Starting to unpack resistance bands and small handheld weights. Make a space in my living room shelf to store everyday small bands, weights.

Practiced ball sitting to loosen pelvis, hip joints. One day I'm going to be able to squat again.

Went to rec center to look into fall programs, registration is tomorrow.

Down to a size 32" levi's jeans. Fits hips and thighs easily, but accentuates muffin top on waist still. Also went down in bra sizes to a 36" band, 38 also fits if I get a bigger cup size.
