Can someone refer me to a good Keto diet app. I’m trying to find some easy meals to fix with a Keto diet. I had one app, but the breakfast meals were ridiculous. A lot of the meals were way to fancy and outlandish. I’m a simple cook, but I will fix a good healthy decent meal for dinner.

I joined Kinda Keto on facebook. The people on there post lots of good recipes and aren't the typical Keto Police. They understand people don't have time to be perfect.

I don't do keto but I stick to low carb. It helps me to have a day that I do meal preparing. I have to keep breakfast simple or I get sick to my stomach. I usually eat a boiled egg (I pickle mine because I'm odd) & celery and cream cheese. I meal prep all kinds of things. Stuffed cabbage, chic/broccoli/alfredo sauce casserole, sauteed zucchini & mushrooms w/Italian chicken sausage with tomato sauce and mozzarella on top! All of those freeze well and aren't too laborious.
