Happy happy Thursday...positive energy to everyone...but a day off from zwift to rest and recover...woke up tired..so even though I’m starting to feel like riding..decided..a day off will do me good...3days and almost 60 miles...my body is tired...421 miles last month...

Hoping today ...is a rest day...no prep..it’s done..no mowing grass..that’s tomorrow...no errands..that was yesterday...just a day off to relax and rest...and catch up on my audiobooks...

Welp...gonna fix breakfast...have my green tea...and turn off weather channel...and tv...and start my day off...

Been thinking for last week of changing from lchf to low carb...which is what ive been doing for some time now....if i eat alot of fat..my body stores it....just the way it is....
