I never post food pics but I feel like I need to be a spokesperson for egg beaters. I love the low cal and high protein of them. Plus I'm a big baby and I can no longer eat regular eggs (if I make them) because I don't like seeing how they look with that white string attached. 🤢It sickens me. I cannot believe I am this overweight for how many things disgust me. LOL.

🤣 But instead of being more mature in my old age- I have gotten more picky about food. I went to Subway and saw a line of fat marbling in my cold cut combo meat and had to call the whole thing off. When there is fancy food posted on here- like whoever had the giant squid tentacle- barf- I cannot take it. Diablo and I would get in arguments about Fear Factor because I told him I would NOT eat slugs for 50 grand. We actually would argue when we weren't even on the show because he would be so irritated that I couldn't just do it. (Even more funny because I wouldn't have been able to do the physical stuff anyhow.)

I eat it all, Jaimesmith... But a lot of people on this site would freak out. One thing I do though- is eat about 80% of my carbs before I lift. At night, I try to cut back to mostly protein. But yes- I love sweets and bagels and toast- any bread really- Donuts, etc... But again- I keep it in the earlier part of the day. I tell myself that in doing so- I am burning most of it all day long. IDK if that's true and I don't care enough to research it. It's just what I, personally, do. 😜

Egg beaters is looking for spokes people. Well, they won't allow the cottage cheese on them. I like the pic. Yes, I vote for eating everything! And @Jamie, no not everyone eats the 'breads'. Many do, most do, but not all.

do you mean that you don't like looking at the parts of the raw egg, or that you don't like eating that part once it's cooked? my eggs are pretty homogenized once I'm done stirring :p

Soft shell crabs used to bother me. Now, it is crunch and munch. Now, rice pudding.......blech!

I mean- I can't see it and stir it, Johncip. You could serve me eggs and I could eat it- but looking at it, I can't tolerate it anymore. I was spending a good 2 minutes trying to detach the white string from the yolk to throw in the trash. I know I sound crazy. I have to detach it with the tine of a fork and try to get it with my fingers but it is slippery and would slide back in the bowl. Forget the fact that I typically eat 2-3 eggs- so yeah- Egg beaters for me. I'll still make eggs for the rest of the family though. Terrapin- :) YUM to rice pudding. I'll send a letter to egg beaters- maybe I can be on the carton.

Everyone has foods they hate. For me, it's Brussels sprouts: no matter how prepared, I just don't like them.
