This morning I got up and planned what I wanted to eat today. By the time I got to my first meal, I changed my mind. I gave into a doughnut and what I was cooking for next week smelled so good I decided it would be part of my meal for today. Choices are good. Bite it, write it, OWN IT and move forward. to be frank keep in mind there will be a 1lb to 3lb ups and down that just by your water and food intake so don't be bothered by those 3lbs how ever if you start seeing 4 to 5 lbs that would be a need for concern.just one for thought have wonderful day.
