I have my menu all planned out for the rest of the day. It is high in carbs, but very healthy choices. Maybe I will leave out the watermelon or the small potato. It has been a nice day after all the rain yesterday. It is good to have a plan in place and keep busy to keep your mind off the food. I think I will go to the thrift store up the road just for something to do.

I found a pair of Capris for my daughter and a pair of shorts for me both in new condition($2ea) I also found 2 bowls to use for dog dishes, some food storage containers and a couple of birthday cards, all .25 each! It is a fun place to browse. sometimes you find something and other times you don't. It benefits a boys ranch called Lives under Construction.

Good finds. Yes those are fun places to visit sometimes. i look for workout stuff these days
