Boxing is a physical activity that is often recommended not only for its physical benefits but also for it’s benefit to those who are suffering from depression, anxiety, anger. A positive outlet for those feelings that society demands that we keep in check. And, on the plus side, you can have interchangeable FACES made for your punching bag which will help keep you out of jail most of the time.
