It’s hard to get enough calories in a day but this might be the way .

Well, good luck. That's one way to do it.

Hi, hv u ever tried : 1) cut all sweet, sugar, juice, pops. 2) eat only turkey or chicken skinless. 3) salmon or fresh water white fish 2 times a week. 4) no rice/wheat in any forms e.g. bread, cake. 5) carbohydrates intake only red potatoes. 6) high fibre veggies: cabbage, cauliflower, onion, carrot, beet, dark green leaves vegetables, etc. 7) fruits with less sugar and eat the fruit with flesh, not fresh fruit juice. 8) cut down sodium (salt) intake. 9) homemade food from fresh, no outside food/junk food/fast food which are high in sodium and low quality oil. 10) eat eggs with york and white. 11) drink milk/goat milk/soy milk/green tea and eat yogurt. I lost 10 lbs. in 6 weeks with the above menu. I hv no plans to lose weight but My naturopathic doctor gave me this diet to detox. The above is just for your reference and try or not, your own discretion. :)

Those r a lot of rules.. Lol i do well to keep within a reasonable calorie count. I go through spurts of vegetarianism here and there but not full time so far. Right now im just looking for whatever i dont have to chew because ive had a lot of dental work done over the past month and a half. On the one hand i kind of wish that it has been done all at once, because the recovery process would have been over by now.. But then i think of how much just getting one at a time done hurts, and i dont think i would have enjoyes 4-times the pain all in one go.. So mushy food is my friend until i can chew with the teeth i have left again. 😏🍧🍌

Sorry to hear that. I hv digestive system issues so I was told to blend my meals into smoothies for easy digestion.

QueenMari3: "dessert for breakfast" as "motivation"? I don't get it. There are lots of "mushy foods" that will provide protein and nutrients that are easy on the teeth and will satisfy the palate without all that sugar and calories.

Maybe scrambled eggs until the dental pain is gone? I have often justified dessert for breakfast. It makes sense to me that a piece of apple pie or a bowl of ice cream isn't any worse than having doughnuts, or coffee cake, French toast, pancakes, etc.

Scrambled eggs have been a regular for about a month now. I'll be glad when i can chew real food again.

The motivation was to eat.. Period. It had nothing to do with sticking to any diet.
