I lost 3.4 pounds this month. I had hoped for 5, but I was sick for more than half the month so that derailed my exercise routine. I'm planning to ease back in with a walk today and some weightlifting tomorrow. Don't think I'm quite ready for the intense workouts I usually do as I still have a bit of chest congestion. Hopefully, I will continue to lose, even if it is in small increments. I am definitely eating more mindfully and in more appropriate amounts than I have been previously. Naughty hubby brought home Cheetoh's last light. Fortunately, I had already brushed my teeth so I didn't eat any. I am really trying to focus on how I feel when I eat certain foods. No surprise I generally feel great after eating nutritious foods and not so great after eating highly processed foods. The really challenge will come mid July when I go to Massachusetts with my mom. All kinds of food I can't get here in California. I will have to practice moderation, because let's face it, I'm going to be eating it.
