so my husbands birthday is tomorrow, but were going out to a friend's place for dinner, so i asked him what he wanted for dinner tonight and he said pasta.. i made a meat sauce for it and slapped it on my bowl of pasta without even thinking about it (just a natural reaction when cooking for him, since he is a big fan of flesh) ...so much for my vegetarian streak.. oh well. tomorrow is a new day. i usually only make it 3 or 4 days, max, before i start feeling weak in the knees (not that this was the situation in this case) but even if i only do a few days in a row and then have a serving of meat and then go back to a few more days without it.. i feel pretty good about that.
