#This.... it took me awhile to get there - not even as far as the physical cause I generally lacked self-confidence in my personality until I was about 30. Once you are there, it will never go away.

Yeah obsessed and comfortable do clash, don't they. Lots of irony there. Us women tend to be very hard on ourselves

It is more common to be comfortable with being obsessed with how one looks. Both options are quite bad.
