🎉🎉131! That’s fantastic Liv! I use to take measurements too. I should start again. It was cool seeing the tape shrink even when the scale stayed the same.

I am curious to see what may change if anything at this point.

It would probably depend on how often you measure and if you are lifting weights (building more muscle) If you are lifting, you’d be able to see how much muscle growth there is.

forgot "arm" 29 cm (12 cm from elbow) I do lift Dawnie because I want to limit losing too much musclemass through the journey. And I think at my age working on strength is very important. I am not working on the more cosmetic part of it though so I also do a lot of isometric exercises in addition to 'pumping'

That’s good! I wish I would have started a very long time ago. I lost most of the 50# just with dieting. I think I would have a lot less loose skin if I’d been lifting weights.

Such a cute reference and good idea. I love MM and I really need to get my own measurements for when I do that monthly weigh in & it seems so 'nothing'. You are mighty impressive Kid. I'm inspired!!
