Woke at 234.4, up 2.2 after an eating day. Fasting today. UPDATE: As noted in the photos, fasted until 6 pm and then all hell broke loose at happy hour with a friend. But I moved a ton of water and bulk today and actually weighed 233.2 when I got home at about 10 pm.
