I guess this journey is going to be slow, I can't seem to get over one pound loss per week...
77.3 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't get disparaged... 1 lbs a week and you will hit your goal in no time! Once you drop a little more weight your metabolism will speed up, you may become more active feeling lighter on your feet too! Diet alone only burns so much so be active and get a good walk in everyday... You've already done great so far, you got this!
