Logging what I ate at a party yesterday and I'm sure I'm missing a bit. Almost 6,000 mg of sodium! I'm surprised to be up only .3 of a pound. The especially eye opening thing for me is that I showed restraint and didn't eat the amount I usually do. I also did not eat any of the delicious looking cakes and doughnuts that were at work earlier that day. I'm thinking that in the past I must have eaten 5, 000 or more calories snacking at work and parties. I grazed yesterday and never got to that "I'm so full, ugh.." point which is a NSV for me. I think logging this and seeing the sodium and cholesterol numbers will really help me going forward. Good thing I've been on track for the last three weeks. Just had my typical breakfast and will be headed to the gym in about 90 minutes.

good for you! I pre-eat a little for parties. keeps it more under control for me. it's like going to the grocery store when you're hungry. danger danger.

@gz I am prone to kidney stones and need to watch both my protein and sodium intake for that reason.
