Weekend Warrior Time......need to stay away from the excessive food 🥘. Maybe an extra walk in the local mountain trails will provide the results!!


My Wife & I hit the gym this morning with nearly 30 other members. It was a Hybrid Exercise Program and lasted nearly 60 minutes. Only Rest was helping or pushing your partner to complete. Sounds Tough, but their were plenty of smiles & high fives going around at the End 🥵🥵💪💪🖐🖐
