Nothing wrong with fasting to help with a calorie deficit, I use it when cutting, but it isn't a fat loss hack and going by this may actually be detrimental to your calories out going by the fewer steps comment.

During daylight we cannot even drink water. Plus in different places different timing. )

Happy Eid Al Fitr😍🙈❤️ No. Just 1 kg. I was counting my calories but i was eating 2 times. My dad lost 9 kgs, though. That’s why I’m saying that this kind of fasting works differently for each person. Last year I didn’t lose any gram 😂

What it all comes down to is CICO . Like diablo said, IF is just a great TOOL to help achieve a lower CI part of that. Fasting in itself doesn't help in weight loss if your eating 4000 calories in your eating window. It's just a personal preference.

Bonny99, I think it is amazing that you can go from sun up to sundown with neither food not drink for thirty days. I know I'm late, but happy Eid Al Fitr!

To be honest I couldn’t fast for 3 days. But others i did. And as I checked my activity level didn’t change a lot. Just little bit cz I have work at 2 places and university. Eid Mubarak!!! 😍❤️

I used fasting as a tool for weight loss the last time I went from really big to not so big. it worked well for me, but since I was intentionally trying to lose fat and I knew the sleeping all day on fast days wouldn't be much help, I kept up some light to moderate exercise. on fast days and much heavier exercise on eating days. I fasted I 3 day increments mostly, though I did do one 5 day. went from 304 to 192 in 7 months. was a hellish 7 months tho 😭
