Woke at 235.4, up .2 from yesterday. Business lunch and happy hour today. Fasting begins tomorrow! UPDATE: Walked about five miles today and got a great calorie burn. Lunch out did not happen, so I ate a Cobb salad and a few bags of 100 calorie nuts. Ate some charcuterie and drinks at two happy hour events later in the day. Came home at 234.8.
