Happy Monday everyone - 1st day back to work after a week off. what an awesome adventure life is. everything is going well, the vacation was awesome as I traveled to a few spots I haven't been to in over 20 years on the coast of northern California. held a memorial BBQ for my dad and got to have dinner with my youngest son. My lessons learned for the week (or so) are that pre-planning meals is helpful from having food anxiety. the other lesson learned is that my pancreas continues to be a wiley little rascal. I am still having the mid morning crashes but not as frequently so I think I am going to reduce the insulin dose again. my next labs are scheduled for the end of July so I think I will be settled by then. I hope everyone has a great week on this amazing journey.
