On keto, meals really have become drama-free. This is a bed of lettuce topped with some leftover kafta (turkish meatball) olives, peppers, garlic greek yogurt and freshly shredded manchego cheese. Took 5 minutes to throw in a bowl and it is 😋.

Looks delicious! I use zucchini zoodles instead of pasta - heat your sauce, then throw the zoodles into the sauce for 3 minutes or so.
