Just signed up for my college reunion. Can I lose 10 pounds in a month? Plan: calorie count, 1000 per day. 10,000 steps per day burns 2000 calories in a day. Adds up to 30,000 calorie deficit which implies an 8.5 pound loss possible.
Here goes. Mediterranean diet on board, lots of veggies with little fat. I have a meat share that is a lot of meat, but it freezes so will plan around that and the veggie share that I have sent to my house every other week. Started trying to get on the plan yesterday, gotta find my fitbit battery charger!

Hang in there, and remember that you can eat more veggies and still maintain the lower calories. I know I should be following my own advice, so I send you support and will stop at that.

I get too hungry on that low amount of calories, but we're all different. Ten lbs a month seems intense. Let us know how you find it.
