Woke at 233.6, down .4 from yesterday. Breakfast and lunch meetings today so I will have to adjust later. No water only Wednesday today! UPDATE: Breakfast and lunch as shown in the photos but no dinner today. Ended the day under 1000 calories. Walked 4.5 miles in my travels downtown today. Came in the door after work at 231.4. Again, needed to take a nap near the end of the day. Slept from 8:30 to 10 pm. Will do a few hours of work and then jump back in.
