Draglist's Journal, 28 Apr 19

Woke at 232.8, up .6 from yesterday. Realistically not going to be able to make my calorie goal for this month as I have only 1150 calories left through Tuesday night. I'll get closer next month. Still, my intake will be very low, perhaps 1500 something per day. But eating over 2000 several times a week. UPDATE: Weighed 233.2 before dinner, so the waking weight is today's low. UPDATE: Good dinner, but Em came over and wanted ice cream. I succumbed and we enjoyed Sonic together. Fasting tomorrow.

You did really good on the carbs :) With me, when I do really good on carbs, but still no losses, I look at the protein. For me, only when both are down do I get my losses. Good luck for your plan next month!

@Draglist - Yes, I am still 'experimenting' with combinations. Also, watching what others like you are doing. I go on vacation for the next two weeks and I will not do any cardio and only do weight lifting. My carbs AND protein will be wayy higher than normal. Let's see what happens... :)
