Up again 😕 I'm leaving to do a three week weight loss program in Koh Samui Thailand. Too frustrated with myself and worrying about developing pre-diabetes and high blood pressure. I'll definitely lose there but the goal is to continue afterwards. Will be posting pics of raw vegan food.
