I’ve actually lost a pound since going off keto and counting calories. Who’d a thunk it. Still walking. Glued to TV right now. Didn’t get a walk so far today but the little boys (dogs) are hawking me to go.

Thank you so much. I really thought something was wrong with my scale. Lol. I’m back in the lose it frame of mind and can’t wait to treat myself to some fruit. And on keto I was SOOOO irregular. Looking forward to that issue going away.

Nice I love fruit 🍉 it’s so delicious and for summer you will be glad you can eat fruit. You can make some refreshing ice cold fruit drinks 😋 delicious 🤤

Fuel your body with food that is nutritional that includes all food groups. Reduce or eliminate foods that are caloric with no nutritional value.... add a little exercise and eat less calories than you burn.. Slow weight loss will most likely stay off....develop your own diet that you can live with in the long term. Short term solutions to weight loss most often backfire !! I have been watching and listening to your posts and happy to hear of this change!
