More ideas for my diet book and thoughts Yesterday was amazing doing my new technique. I was craving junk food from the machines at work, at first i resisted the thoughts urge,cravings. As soon as I did that I could feel my body kick in to help the craving. So I decided to try it, I walked onto the cafeteria looked at what I wanted to buy then went through the process "in my mind" of all the actions. Looking-seeing what my mind & body wanted putting money in machine, grabbing the item, stuffing it my coat pocket to walk back into office. Sitting down opening the packaging, smelling, starting eating/swallowing/feeling the pleasure and satisfaction! So cool it was all in mind! Then the craving went away because you guessed it YOUR MIND DOES NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!! No Resistance is KEY! Fulfilling the craving in the most vivid way is the other KEY! Practice No one knows you are doing this secret weapon!
