These are the fudgecicles I make from one the cooking websites I follow that just happens to have Paleo and Keto as their focus. But the recipes I have made are keepers regardless of your WOE.. I really like them. I use a good quality cocoa, I don’t bother with the raw cocoa. Tastes fine to me and I am not necessarily concerned about the Paleo issue.
