Well I did it. 2 straight hours on the tread. I kept a speed of 2-2.5mph at a variable incline from 5-15%😬 Then proceeded to kill my good work with donuts for my son's 27 bday. It wasn't so terrible, they were the mini donuts. I remember eating them by the box full. I was good and stopped at 2.5(I charged myself for three). My sore legs and I are hitting the bed early tonight. Sweet dreams my friends 🙋
