After all this time on the FS site, I'm just now discovering things about it that I can track my food better. I bought a nice scale before I fell off FS the last time and I basically never used it. So this morning, I weighed my egg salad in grams and it was so much easier to put into my morning menu in grams, than just kind of guessing or having FS guess for me. DUH! Sometimes it takes me awhile to come out of my brain fog. Speaking of brain fog, my mind is so much more clear having come off the opioids several months ago now. And I'm coming off the Cymbalta as well, one more week and I should be able to drop off. And not the horrible nausea and withdrawal symptoms from when I dropped from 120 to 60 mg on my own. I was so horrible. So, yeah, between walking and the diet and everything, I'm feeling so well, better than I have in a long time. And I'm just so grateful for that. Makes me just want to keep going and going and going. I feel so happy today. I hope everybody else is having a fabulous day.
