It will be gone soon enough. Besides, you are active. Hope you are having a fantastic day. 😊

Yeah plus I think I was dehydrated so it’s ok if it hangs around. Still in my goal range. Much better day today! Thanks! Headed in right now to have meds evaluated because I think that’s the issue 😉.

It’ll even out soon enough 👍 Do you weigh in at night? I stay far away from the scale until the morning. I’ve weighed myself at 4am and then again at 6am and have lost .2-.4 pounds (without doing anything). It’s weird 🤷♀️

I weigh in the morning. Well sometimes I weigh at night but only log the morning weight. I’ve just found that the more I drink at night the more I weigh in the morning. I’ll flush it out (sounds better than pee lol) 3-4 times in the first 60-90 minutes of being awake. If I can keep from drinking or eating anything else in that time the scale shows a bit less after that. I’ve also found that, while carbs in general don’t effect me either way, if I have a candy bar right before bed I tend to weigh more in the morning. Didn’t see a similar effect with chicken noodle soup with egg noodles right before bed. I’m thinking it must be the sugar maybe. Either way it goes away fast ;). I just like trying to figure out how each food effects me as I find it interesting.

It's not weird, you sweat when asleep. It isn't noticeable because it's a slow rate. I mean we sweat all day. Add this to the fact that we need to urinate when we wake and your weight could be 2-4 pounds lighter than when you went to sleep. I jogged for an hour yesterday and lost 4 pounds in an hour. It was 55 degrees too. In the summer that can easily be 5-6 pounds.
