Some time earlier this week I prepped some food and that has been really helpful. I packed nuts and cherry tomatoes together for a snack - weird, but it is working. The nuts barely cover the bottom of the container and then the cherry tomatoes fill up the rest so I get a full container for a treat. Made some cauliflower rice and some steamed spinach, and also put spinach and fruits into containers with ginger to make smoothies. One day I ate the spinach and fruits without blending them, that was different. Grabbed cauliflower, nuts, yogurt and an orange for my day today. I will have a piece of pizza for dinner and some salad with the lowfat dressing that I made with fat-free yogurt and herbs.
Training this morning wasn't bad, and I got to see all my field inspector friends. We got out of there in less than an hour. I might have learned something also.
Going tonight to talk with the neighbor about them taking my house - we'll see. I might have figured out where to go if I move, too.
