Trying to keep my PMA alive lol.
have hit a small plateau. Weight rises in the am when I wake up the tapers down a bit by bed time.
problem is I have an old friend whose just moved in and we spend so much time catching up that I'm forgetting to eat and move. they've started their first day work today so now I can focus again lol. Hope everyone is having a good day.☺
