28 1/8” lost since 4/9/18
4 1/4” lost since 1/5/19

2.65” lost per month since 4/9/18
2.125” lost per month since 1/5/19

Looking back on my spreadsheet I’ve found that I’ve been playing with maintenance for 10 weeks. Off and on for 10 weeks before that based on IN vs OUT. Odd... Not sure how I could lose inches when CI was higher or 100ish under CO for about 14 of those weeks. A few more were 200ish less which I do consider ‘dieting’ as that’s 1400 less per week and 1500ish is what I consider dieting. Not complaining but I find it odd. Perhaps muscle loss from the lessened activity?

The last two months has been consistent at mostly 1/2-3/4” loss per area. The last 11 months has seen a range of 3/4” (neck) to 6” (waist)) losses. 3-6” from hips, waist, and thighs. 1.5-1 5/8” from everywhere else except my neck. Now to see a tiny bit more loss of inches or hold steady. Then in 13 months to see an increase in all except hips, waist and neck! Oh and I don’t measure chest. Not really accurate with implants lol. Should’ve started measuring just below and under my arm pits though. Know I lost some in those areas.

It’s super odd also because I’m a carb wh*re lately lol. Same with sugar and all ‘bad’ foods! I really did think sugar effected me but didn’t want to admit it. Now I think it’s just another food with Norma calories. *sigh* this means I’ll probably cut back on real food so I can fit more snickers in 😭. What the hell, I may go find one tonight! Would be better than the beer I planned to have lol.
