Hubby just informed me that his workout partner has requested 3 dozen eggs a week because his family won’t eat eggs from the store after having ours lol.

“Tell him it’ll cost him”
“Ok. Cost what?”
“For every dozen eggs his wife needs to send me a dozen of her chocolate chip cookies”
“Deal! You won’t eat al those so more for me!”

Lol so nice to know I CAN have those cookies now but also willing to let the family have the bulk of them. Of course it’s a joke cause I don’t really want all those cookies.

He also said his workout partner is trying to convince his wife to go to the gym. Seems she’s gaining quickly and he wants her to feel better, lose weight and get healthier. Guess Keto isn’t working so well for them. Hubby volunteered me as a workout partner! Would’ve been nice to have been asked first but she’s nice and we both need a workout partner to hold us accountable. Hope she gets ahold of me soon! I’ve decided building up my back muscles might help with the back pain with the new bed and whenever I’m too active. (Lifting too much, hailing wood etc).

I’ve been in a funk lately. Depressive state now which proves that I was in a manic state before. A non yelling less agitated manic state 😉. I think the gym will help even me out. Going with someone will help the depression side. Although the dr upped the mood stabilizers by 50% and this started 10-14 days after I started that. Seems like we need to lower it back down. The anxiety meds were doubled. Still have a bit but I could confront the in-laws without wanting to scream cry and run away. I can make calls without breaking into a cold sweat. I think he got that one right. I also don’t constantly worry about the kids and all the ‘what ifs’ anymore. That’s huge for me!

Thanks! It IS huge! Now if we can get the other meds right. One I’m the lowest dose. The other I’m now in the average range. The one we have right is twice the lowest dose and just in the average range. I didn’t think I needed an increase on either but the dr did lol. So happy for the one but not so much on the other. He also keeps asking if I’m working out again lol. Hint hint I guess.
