From the book: the way to change a habit is to vary it slightly. Opening the fridge makes me eat things out of the fridge. One way to reduce overeating is to have snacks that fit my WOE for that moment each day that I open the fridge to figure out dinner. A light appetizer can help reduce overall calories consumed is what I have decided. My new habit that I am working on is only having good food in the house, including snacks I like that fit my WOE.

Second: having coffee in the morning in bed is not helping me get up any earlier. So, I am going back to the old way of setting up the coffee in the kitchen at night. Going to keep on getting dressed before I leave my bedroom to see if that helps get me out in the morning.

Woke up with a migraine today because I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Do you think I have learned my lesson? Probably not.

Limes are frozen for future use: going to try key lime fat bombs at some point.

Happy Friday!

Weird how not enough water can cause a migraine, does it to me also. What book? I probably missed that post as have been working extra hours. Love that comment. I also have coffee in bed in the am. Coffee is also ready when I get up on workdays.

@wholefoodnut The book is The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg - it's a book about our habits and how to change them, and how companies manipulate us by studying habits in general. I am trying to figure out how to form better eating habits.
